6. Users of the Application Form included in the Prospectus should note:
   1. the Prospectus contains information regarding investing in the securities referred to in the Application Form;
   2. potential investors are strongly advised to read the entire Prospectus before applying for the securities; and
   3. a person who gives another person access to the Application Form must at the same time and by the same means give the other person access to a complete and unaltered copy of the Prospectus and any supplementary document.
